My First Experience in Real Estate
When I was little, I asked my dad why a McDonald's couldn’t open right next to our house. At the time, my 8-year-old brain couldn't grasp city zoning laws or ordinances, I mean I just wanted a Happy Meal. But from that moment on, I was intrigued with how the real estate world worked and how cities come to life.

My Internships
Gaining hands on experience in real estate has been invaluable to my growth. Through my internships, I’ve had the opportunity to work in both residential and commercial real estate, learning the ins and outs of sales, market research, and property development. Within these roles I was able to drink from the firehose and get a first hand view to the fast paced, ever evolving world of real estate—and I’m just getting started.
At Atlantic Builders, I gained firsthand experience in the new home sales process, from conducting model home walkthroughs to assisting buyers with site selection and construction consulting. I learned how to identify customer motivations, analyze local market trends, and support homebuyers through one of the biggest investments of their lives. This experience deepened my understanding of residential real estate and the importance of a seamless, customer-focused buying journey.
During my time at Johnson Realty Advisors, I worked on the marketing and sales side of commercial and industrial real estate. I created marketing materials for properties, researched potential investment opportunities, and helped facilitate transactions for buying, leasing, and selling properties. This role sharpened my ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and understand the complexities of commercial real estate deals.
